1. Qualifying Returns

• Unused Supersacks: Can be returned within two days if no product has been removed or damaged.

• Unopened Pallets of Stone: Returnable if undamaged and sealed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale Products: Loose bulk items, pine straw rolls, partial stone pallets, and other products are final sale and non-returnable.

3. Return Pickup Fee

• Pickup Charge: A delivery fee of $89 applies to any returns picked up by our team.
